Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases of Creator Companion PRO (the "Software"). It applies in addition to our Terms & Conditions and FastSpring's own Refund Policy.
1. Merchant of Record (FastSpring)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller FastSpring.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This means FastSpring processes your payment and issues any refunds on our behalf. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
2. Our Refund Policy
Creator Companion PRO is a one-time purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Software, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We offer this as a goodwill guarantee, and you do not need to give a detailed reason. After this 14-day period, refunds are granted at our discretion, for example in the case of a significant defect that we are unable to resolve.
3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, in accordance with applicable law. For digital products made available immediately, this statutory right may lapse once the download or use has begun, where you gave your prior express consent to immediate provision and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This consent is obtained during the FastSpring checkout. Our goodwill refund policy in Section 2 applies regardless of, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
